Anxiety is a normal and natural response to stress or danger, often referred to as the body's "fight or flight" response. However, when feelings of anxiety are excessive, persistent, and interfere with daily activities, it may indicate an anxiety disorder.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition characterized by recurring and intrusive thoughts (obsessions) followed by repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) that a person feels driven to perform. These obsessions and compulsions can interfere with daily activities and cause significant distress.
Stress management refers to a range of techniques and strategies used to cope with and reduce feelings of stress in order to improve overall well-being and health. Effective stress management can help individuals better handle life's challenges, avoid burnout, and maintain a healthy balance in their lives.
Anger management refers to the techniques and strategies used to understand, control, and express anger in healthy and constructive ways. Anger is a normal human emotion, but when expressed inappropriately or excessively, it can lead to conflict, aggression, and negative consequences for oneself and others.
Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing tasks or responsibilities, often to the point of experiencing negative consequences such as stress, anxiety, and a sense of being overwhelmed. It is a common behavior that can affect various aspects of one's life, including work, school, and personal relationships.
