The journey that began from being a supportive friend to becoming a professional psychologist was marked by dedication, education, and a deep-seated desire to enrich and uplift others. This path transformed my natural empathy and listening skills into professional expertise, allowing me to provide structured and evidence-based support to those in need.

The calling began in my adolescence manifesting in the role of “go-to friend” which grew from an intrinsic ability to listen without judgement and who offered comfort during their low points. This early experience laid the foundation for a future career in psychology, sparking an interest in human behavior and mental well-being.

Through the use of CBT,REBT and Mindfulness, I specialize in treating specific phobias, ocd, depression, anxiety, day to day struggles like procrastination, low mood and stress. With a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, and extensively trained in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RECBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), I practice an eclectic approach that allows me to use the most effective methods to address an individual’s need.
